Mandi

Mandi’s passion for pediatrics started in 2011 when she was hired by University Pediatricians at The Children’s Hospital of Michigan and has grown over the last 14 years to include autism and substance abuse. She went back to school and received her bachelor’s in business administration and will complete her MBA program this summer. She is certified in multiple areas of leadership including organizational change, mentor/coaching and communication. She soon realized how beneficial quality ABA services was to client families and the surrounding communities. With aspirations and a career goal of climbing the non-profit corporate ladder her vision shifted in 2019 to directly supporting and uplifting the centers she works with. With a focus on transformational leadership, she works with her teams in creating an environment where comfort, integrity, fun and quality services are at the forefront. Mandi took on the role of Director of Business Operations in 2024 and is now operating the Novi center full time while continuing to provide oversight to both autism center locations as well as the Adolescent Addiction Recovery Center in Troy.

Outside of work Mandi is an avid runner with over 50 races under her belt including two half marathons and a 3rd coming this fall. She also loves to sing, travel and hike as much as possible. Her family enjoys camping and boating during the summer and snowmobiling in Northern Michigan during the winter.
